Service Department Terms & Conditions
- Following an assistance or warranty repair your details will be passed on to Panasonic.
- To effect a repair we may need to upgrade any software / firmware, this may alter the specification of the machine.
- To effect a repair we may need to format your Hard Disc Drive, this will cause you to lose all contents on the Drive.
- Any illicit material found on products will be reported to the authorities.
- If requested to download footage, the content will be checked. If it is found to be of a nature that we believe may be illegal, it will be reported to the relevant authorities
- Specialist calibration / region modified product – To effect a repair the product may be returned to you without your previous modifications, we are not responsible for restoring this.
- We will make contact to notify you that the unit is ready for collection or to be returned to you. All equipment must be collected within 7 days of this notification, otherwise storage charges may apply.
- Out of Warranty Repairs are subject to a minimum or inspection charge irrelevant of whether the repair goes ahead. See our current service charges available in store, at www.scottbrothers.co.uk or speak to a member of staff.
